Shipping Policy Shipping is included in every priceThe price you see on VitaminNorth is the price you pay for delivery. There are no shipping fees added at checkout, no matter how small your order. Where we shipWe currently ship to addresses across Canada, including all provinces and territories. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. Processing and shipping timesOrders ship within 2–4 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed, with tracking. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Remote and northern addresses may take longer. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Duties and taxesThere are no customs duties or import fees to pay at delivery. Applicable sales taxes, if any, are shown at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. Tracking your orderYou can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or on our Track Your Order page. Lost or damaged packagesIf your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@vitaminnorth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package or item.
